America's legal system
Very much needs to and must
On June 15, 2021, NJCDLP established as a matter of public record and on objectively verifiable grounds that America lacks effective avenues of redressing weaponization of its legal system with the complicity of presiding judges. The situation likely constitutes a treasonous disregard of the U.S. Constitution and is a particularly egregious violation of our country’s International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights. It is a status quo that cannot persist.
"O say does that star-spangled banner yet wave . . . " is the question squarely presented to the Biden Administration.
What will be the answer?
When will it come, if ever?

Our WAVE Anthem
. . . and an opportunity for us to be a source of restoration.
Metaphysical Restoration Song by Anthony Hudson
Upon learning of our June 15th outreach to the Biden Administration for restoration of Americans literally persecuted if not psychologically tortured through organized U.S. legal system abuse, Georgia-based activist Anthony Hudson agreed for his song and videoed performance of the "Metaphysical Restoration Song" to be the anthem and a fundraising tool for our WAVE. However, on June 19, 2021, Anthony suffered another devastation, over and beyond organized U.S. legal system abuse. A fire burnt to the ground the 9 bedroom, more than 5000 square feet, historical mansion in which he and others lived. Gone for good are Anthony's private production equipment, an archive of over 400 Cable TV shows produced and aired, plus his personal keepsakes after decades of social justice advocacy.
Our fundraising benchmark for Anthony Hudson
Just to give ourselves a benchmark, the first $7777.77 received by the Rod Logal Center for Justice in monetary donations from viewers of Anthony Hudson's videoed rendition of the "Metaphysical Restoration Song" will be contributed to Anthony to assist his house fire recovery. Anthony also very much needs and would appreciate receiving a used, operating automobile and/or in his words, "whatever God puts on your mind to give" to help him regroup and continue his work for justice.
