THE LAW PROJECT
About Our Organization
An average citizen-centric good government advocate, equitably harnessing relevant insights from ALL major stakeholder groups in the proper operation of America's legal system to help ensure an appropriate balance between judicial independence and judicial accountability as well as a fair and impartial administration of justice throughout the nation.
National Judicial Conduct and Disability Law Project, Inc. (NJCDLP) was organized under the nonprofit laws for the State of Indiana in 2005, specifically to help redress what seemed to its co-founders to be since the late 90s an increasingly viral, insidious threat to due process and the rule of law in America: Improper Judicial Collusion.
